Shipping/Returns

  • Overnight shipping only.
  • 3 zones - West Coast, East Coast, Hawaii/Alaska (Puerto Rico TBA)
  • Shipping carrier partners are Fedex and UPS.
  • For corporate events or large parties, contact yum@cavimorii.com
  • We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • Once packages leave our facility, it is in the hands of delivery courier. Cavi Morii is not not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please request upon ordering if there is a specific place you’d like the courier to drop off to if it cannot be received personally at the door, however such requests cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of the delivery courier.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused or experienced by our delivery courier, including those resulting from inclement weather. Your sole remedy in the event of a delayed shipment shall be a return or replacement as described below.


FOR RETURNS:

  • Clients must notify us within 24 hrs upon receiving the package (from the moment tracking shows that it’s delivered at destination).
  • The complaint must be filed along with photos/videos to yum@cavimorii.com for approval of replacement order shipped at the next business day (i.e., not including weekends or federal/state holidays).
  • The products would only be accepted in original Cavi Morii packaging.
  • Replacement will be shipped with tracking for overnight delivery.

 

 

Perishable goods cannot be returned to us. Please get in touch regarding your specific item.
