Clients must notify us within 24 hrs upon receiving the package (from the moment tracking shows that it’s delivered at destination).
The complaint must be filed along with photos/videos to yum@cavimorii.com for approval of replacement order shipped at the next business day (i.e., not including weekends or federal/state holidays).
The products would only be accepted in original Cavi Morii packaging.
The products will not be accepted for return if x% has been consumed.
Replacement will be shipped with tracking for overnight delivery.
